How does the NFC card work?
Customers tap an NFC-compatible phone on the card. The phone can open the review link programmed into the card, depending on the device and settings.
Can I order cards for multiple businesses?
Yes. The 4-card bundle lets you enter information for up to four cards. Each card can have its own business name and Google Review link. If you don’t know a link, enter N/A.
Do I need to create a Google review link?
If you know the Google Review link, paste it in the order form. If you don’t, enter N/A and provide the correct business name and location so we can help identify the right review page.
What does the customer see?
The card can display a message such as “We'd appreciate your review! Tap your phone to leave us a Google review.” The NFC tap then directs the customer to the programmed review destination.
